Dose any one on here deal with cica claims please need advice very quickly before january

Why the urgency?
The claimant has 2 years after the event in which to lodge a claim
If they are lucky they might even have it dealt with!

Des8 am appealing a decison on a cica claim with something and have been sent all my medical records from cica and beed advice and help to why are they gunna use medical record against me for when i was told they dont take other claims in to consideration but yet they are going to use them i dont know if a dolicitor will take it on now cause im due in court next month and need advice plz on this i cant put everything on the post would have to be messages*

So you have an appeal against a CICA decision being heard in tribunal next month.

Its down to the nature off the cica to as well because been through a lot*
