  • How do you find out if a CCJ is held against you?

    Hi there LB friends,*
I have recently received a letter from a solicitor (drysdenfairfax) saying they are now managing an account for a debt they allege I owe - passed to them from a DC agy (arrow global) - they allege in their letter that the DC agy holds a CCJ against me which is now more than 2 years old - but I have no record of a CCJ claim from a county court for this alledged debt so my question is how do I verify whether or not this true re: CCJ?*

Do a search on yourself on Trust Online.

    https://www.trustonline.org.uk/

    It costs about £3.

EXC*thank you again. Really useful search tool. Just performed the search and no records found. A basic search now costs £6 (fyi) but well worth it. As I suspected the drysdalefairfax are lying. I also Google searched drysdaledalefairfax and they are a DC agy and not a solicitor owned by the same company arrow global- the client they claim to be representing. Grrr!*
