  • Claim Form Received - County Court Business Centre, Northampton. Newbie seeks help

    Hi fellow forum members.

I am new here and my main reason for me joining is because of the letter I received, below, attached. On the verge of Christmas this has got me really shook up and I need your guidance and advice.

I have read throw some sticky threads and there is tons and tons of info, perhaps too much to digest all at once.

    - Upon receiving this letter I did log on to moneyclaim.gov.uk and acknowledged that I have received the letter and will be disputing in full as per guidance found on here.
    - I am currently trying to put together a request for documents, CPR 31.14 letter using the template found on here but find the particular of claims part confusing - please can someone help?

In order for you to assist me and guide me do you need more info? If so I am happy to provide this. I am employed in the IT industry and sit in front of a computer all day so can reply promptly.

So post up the original PCN received by the keeper, suitably redacted but leave dates.
