Hi this is the first time I have posted here so sorry in advance if I get it wrong
so it's been 2 years since I have been working for tesco in these 2 years I have got myself in to a mess
Basically what happened is I was drinking some water and it was one of them days where I was feeling naughty so I thought lets see if i can get this bottle in the bin so i throw it and it landed on someone jacket that's the time I panicked and quickly picked it up and put it in the bin I did not tell anyone that I made that mistake but I wish I did not so this girls jacket got destroyed and she made a complaint against me so when I was under investigation I panicked and lie to my manager saying that it was not me and I blamed someone else which is a very silly thing to do and has got me in to alot of trouble the reason I lied is because I was having a anxiety attacks and I go through depression and I am quite afraid to open up my manager has had in for me from day 1 he just needs an excuse to get rid of me could I get sacked for a first offence because I have never done anything like this before I deeply regret what I have done but my manager thinks I did it on purpose which is not true it was an accident what can aye do ? What could happen?.
