Hi there , recieved 4 years ago as the registered keeper a parking ticket from highview parking stating the driver of car exceeded the 2 hr limit. The driver of the car had no idea that there was even parking restrictions in this car park as it was a new thing. On the advice of citizens advice in glasgow Scotland as registered keeper was advised to bin the ticket and subsequent reminders that were sent. Not had any reminders sent for a couple of years now until today a letter from dcbl bailiffs doubling the amount debt recovery. As the registered keeper who took advice from citizens advice all those years ago to ignore the tkt concerned as to what to do nxt?
