After losing my job not long after buying our first house, got into a lot trouble with my finances. But after 15 years I am now almost back on track with my mortgage with on track payments for the last 3 years. I decided to try for a remortgage to get a reduction on the payments I was making only to discover I have 2 restriction orders on the property. Not sure what to do now as I have no details for these as they date back to 2008. Any advise would be greatly appreciated
