    Credit Card Debt

    My wife has been paying a C/C Debt, as she has now passed all details to me I noticed these payments are possibly not mine, i sent a SAR request to the debt collection company for a copy of my original application showing were I signed for alleged C/C. Reply was it is not in our files, so I contacted the Bank with again a SAR request, they have sent back lots if paperwork, this is the relevant part, it shows my signing for the card but that's it, I thought to make a contract the member of the Bank should also sign in that space it is blank ?.
