  • Hi I’m new to this

I've received a PCN notice which has been sent to debt collection company.
to cut to the chase I parked on NHS car park of a medical centre on a Saturday and got a ticket
the medical centre isn't open on a Saturday . So I believe I'm not in contravention if they're parking contract as the NHS website for the said medical centre says they introduced the parking charge to prevent innapropriate use of the car park which was preventing patients accessing parking spaces. Any advice on if it's worth a fly in court would help

The parking company want their money whether you you causing an inconvenience or not. Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Use "the driver ....." etc.

Post up a redacted copy of the PCN received but leave dates.
