Lloyd Loom Romania

Well, the website is incomplete for starters. When you click on some of their website links, there is no terms and conditions, website terms, terms relating to orders are missing.
Have you tried googling them and seeing if they are the same company/ownership? There was apparently a Lloyd Loom of Spalding which ceased trading, can't find anything else on Romania.
If Lloyd Loom is a limited company, then it is in breach of the law because it needs to show it's registered address and company number on its website.
Also you can use https://lookup.icann.org/lookup to see information about the website. If you type in www.lloydloom.com, it suggests the website has been running since 1996.
Personally, I would have some reservations about this website because it is incomplete and I wouldn't take the risk unless there's further evidence they can supply which would satisfy my concerns - If the website has been running for a while, you would expect it to have all information on its website including its terms and conditions. The site itself offers expesnive furniture and if you did decide to take the risk then you should really consider paying by credit card. Any transaction of £100 or more means your credit card provider is jointly liable, commonly known as a s.75 claim.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
