  • Please help!!! Took out a credit agreement for interest free credit

    Took out a interest free credit agreement in January with hitachi via a company that has since gone into administration there were lots of issues it's sub standard not what I ordered took a long period of time and was awaiting to hear what the cost would've as we were battling the cost I've never signed the paperwork for the bathroom as completed as it's not what I ordered sub standard and was awaiting a resolution on price the company went into administration it took from jan till may for them to finish it then they didn't correspond any further I couldn't fight it out with the finance company as it wasn't signed off they weren't taking payments today I received a letter from the administration company advising I need to pay them as the finance agreement was incomplete and it's over 6 months so cancelled where do I stand ? Please can anyone help?

    I would suggest you register as a creditor with the administrators as the company installing your bathroom did not act with reasonable care and skill
    as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    You claim the cost of correcting the substandard work.
    You will need to get quotes for the work.
    On top of that cost you claim damages for the disruption caused.
