I purchased a car a couple of months ago, and i was verbally told, and also all of the paper work stated that the car i was buying was at 10,100 miles. After buying the car and driving away, i noticed that actually the mileage was at very close to 14,000. Which i feel is a big difference. I had other minor problems (car not being valeted with the diamond bright like i was told it would be. No mats given that was agreed, when i did collect them weeks later they were used. etc) Which the company have now rectified these problems, although i received bad customer service whilst doing so. Vauxhall offered me 150 for compensation due to the mileage, but i don't feel like this is ok. Am i entitled to more than this?
