    Used car from garage

    Bought a used car 7 days ago returned it back yesterday as found 10 faults with the vehicle asked for a full refund. Garage said they would repair them vehicle told I wasn’t happy driving the vehicle wanted a full refund under consumers right act 2015 and he refused*

    Put it in writing that you are rejecting the car under the CRA and don't agree to repairs. Get a free certificate of posting from a post office.

      Add to the letter he has 14 days to return cash, otherwise you will initiate court procedures without further advice>

      How did you fund purchase Cash/HP/credit card?debit card?
      Purchase price?
      Age & mileage?
