Form n264 list of documents standard disclosure
I have one small question about filling in this form... Where it says "I carried out a search for electronic documents contained on or created by the following : (list what was searched and extent of search)
I looked for emails and digital photography & video on my laptop - do I write this in this box? I was going to write "Home Computer/Laptop - Mail Files, Digital Photography & Videography).*
Would this be the correct thing to do? Should I add "Extensive Search"?
I have to return this form very very soon so any reply/advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance. Hope someone can help. I want to get it right.
