    Hello and CHS Healthcare

    Hello everyone, I'm very new to this forum. My elderly Dad was admitted in an NHS Trust in England and has been treated shamefully by a private organisation called CHS Healthcare, wrt his Nursing Home placement. CHS are a private company which work for the NHS and find care home placements for patients. https://chshealthcare.co.uk/*Does anyone know who REGULATES these folk? Is it Trading Standards or Companies House? And what is their Complaints procedure? I have emailed them repeatedly but they have ignored all my emails. Thanks for your help.

    hope your father is now settled and comfortable.

    These company is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (https://www.cqc.org.uk/)
    Whether or not they have any teeth or are any good I don't know! (but having written that I just read they don't investigate individual complaints !)
