Anxiety and depression at work

Hi just need some help advice I'm a team manager on nights and* the rotas get fudged every time I'm in which as put me under amount pressure as on the rota that I dont do as the work load is shared when I'm on my own in a shop with no other manager on and people down on rota when consistently this happens* then I have people taken of me with out even comunication* im left on my own 1 day per week where do I stand if I have accident because none of the seniors answer the phone then on mondays there is 3 mangers and 1 is doing overtime is this fair my wages have been cut and when i say I'm guna put grevence in they say there will be consequences i worked 4 days overtime which was total 44 hours it took me 4 months to get 30 hrs which was paid so where did the 14 hrs go i got told i dont pay no more than 7.5* I'm fed up of being treated like this and its caused my depression and anxiety* to be off work*

oh man.. I feel you. I've been through the same shit with my previous work. I've been working as an assistant manager at an office and obviously I had to do all the running. Even if I wasn't even present at the moment, if something happened, it was always my fault. I was getting anxiety and depression too, until one day my friend suggested me to try this Green Malay Kratom (I attached the link if needed). Honestly, it got better.
