Parking charges in Tesco car park

Hi there, my mum was twenty minutes over in the Tesco car park two hour limit, she got a letter and we told her to ignore it. She has now received a letter from the debt recovery people asking for £130 or she will be taken to court. Do we ignore this letter or just pay it? She is 74 and now worried sick. It needs to be paid by Wednesday 4th dec (tomorrow) thanks in advance for any advice!!

So let's see the Notice to Keeper that she received, suitably redacted to remove identity but leave dates.

Usual advice is to ignore debt collectors, they can do nothing.

And go with her into Tesco with the NTK and complain to the manager, not the customer dis-service desk
