    • Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?): I was in touch with EDF in 2015
    • List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ):None yet
    • Any Other Information or Background Details: I had several issues with my Energy supply when I moved into a rented property in 2014. My original supplier could not take the supply over for a few months due to wrong records in the national database. EDF which previously supplied the property kept sending estimated bills for previous tenants and then myself when I got in touch with them to try to resolve the situation. Subsequently it also turned out that both meters were tampered with by the previous tenant and were not working at all. I never wanted to be an EDF customer and never signed a contract with them and always contested the bills based on estimates. Now, 5 years later Lowell picked this up and brought the matter to court as I did not respond to their letters.*
