Hi there thanks for the add . I have a cjj* for a parking g ticket for parking in a KFC in scunthorpe how ever they have been sending me letters back in Nov 2018. where as I had moved on Aug 2016. And now charges has been put on the bill.* But I have never recieved them nor knew anything about the bill at all. I have contacted the county court business centre to get details about it. I feel I should not pay the charges which today is £348.77 can you please help me so I can get this off my file*

So when you moved did you update the DVLA records for the V5?

Yes I did. I even did a 6 months post office letter move too .*

So you can apply to the court for a setaside. That's £250 or £100 if the parking company agree. The fact that they sent to the incorrect address should get you the set aside but have you got a good defence?

Send a SAR to the parking company now to get all the info they hold about you so that you can see the alleged NTK

Please check your V5 to see if it is actually up to date
