    Hello & Builder Problem

    Hi all just joined the forum!
    I had a new roof fitted about 2 years ago and the 2 windows fitted have leaked from day one! I've contacted the builder on many occasions over the last 2 years, they sent 2 lads out to try and do a quick fix, which didn't work! They are now ignoring my texts and I've still got 2 leaking windows threatening to ruin other work completed in the loft. I want to know do i have a case to take this to a small claims court to claim my money back and get it fixed by a different company.
