Hello There,
I took my son to emergency at Kingston Hospital last November. There was no one to pay at the exit. Then I ve been sent a penalty charge notice *by this Cp plus company. I ve sent a check by post the day I received the fine. They haven’t received it!!!! and send me another letter with increased charge! Phone lines and online payment system is not working.( transaction fails every time we try to make the payment). *I’ve even tried to reach them through Kingston Hospital switch board couldn’t reach them again either.So we can’t make the payment. They constantly increase *the charge and not let us make the payment in any way provided on the notices we have received.
This looks like a scam to us. Please help us to solve this matter.*
