    PCN

    Hi I’m new to this we received a pcn on 19/11/19 on the 01/06/19 my husband picked me up from stanstead airport. We drove to McDonald’s for something to eat. Parked in their car park and went in for about 30 mins. About 2 wee later we got this fine £100 my husband appealed they rejected it. Now we have a letter from dept recover plus asking for £170.00 I can’t pay it what can I do ?*

    So have you identified the driver at the time? If not edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Use "the driver....." etc

    Can you post up a redacted copy of the PCN, with identifying detail removed but leave dates.

    This is not a fine, it's an invoice for an alleged breach of conditions.
