  • Section 75 claim

Hello I could do with some advice if anyone can help. 3 years ago we had a conservatory built by a large company. We were able to buy it using buy now pay in a year and our finance provider is a very large company. At first the building was fine but after 2 weeks we started experiencing problems with leaky joints. The problems have continued and have become much worse. The conservatory company have had over 20 attempts at fixing the issue but as yet haven't.Â* We have been incredibly patient but paid a lot of money to a surveyor to get to the bottom of issues. His report has picked up a multitude of defects including poor workmanship, contractual breaks like no insulation in the walls and insufficient underfloor air vents into our existing wooden floors...two were agreed on the plans and only one actually goes into the existing property..the other going nowhere. Anyway to cut a long story short we no longer want the existing company back because of the attempts made so far. They are refusing to give us money for another company to rectify issues and are very bullish towards us. At what point can we just go to the credit card provider and request a resolution for them to put things right?Â*
