Hello, I hope I will be able to get some advice on the steps I should take.
January 2018- BW legal/ Prac Financial entered CCJ againts me for the loan or loans taken from The Money Shop/ PDUK Instant Cash.
Since then I have not received any letters regarding the CCJ hence why I didn't know about it until I have checked my credit report.
2019- The Money Shop and other loan companies entered into Scheme and offered to make a claim. I have received the acknowledgement of the claim.
My current situation- I am going to apply for the British Citizenship and cannot afford to have unpaid CCJs.
Based on the situation with the Money Shop/ PDUK I am not sure what I should do?
I have never been in contact with the Prac Financial or BW legal about the CCJ.
Would you recommend to try to put CCJ aside on the basis that the loan was unaffordable?
What other options do I have?
