  • Help! Letter before court action -high view parking £149 -I wasn’t even the driver

Hi I need some advice I have a letter pre court action with DRP re: High view parking for gala bingo for the sum of £149 I have received an email with all the letters DRP have sent me but not the original pan with ANPR evidence. The vehicle was in the car park for 29 mins. I don’t even have the car anymore and this dates back to 21 nov 2017.

your first step is to acknowledge the claim, but do not enter a defence.
this extends the time you have to defend the charge.

Next post up copies of what you have received (first removing identification)

That will give peeps something to work on, but you might need to ask DRP for the evidence they intend to rely on in court.

DRP normally can't take people to court, they are mere debt collectors who don't own the alleged debt. Is this not just a threat of court action?

SAR request to Highview for all documents pertaining to you. You need that first PCN

Hi thank you .... yes the last letter was some months ago and DRP have sed it’s waiting to be handed back to high view for court action so I will contact gala bingo first and then request info for original pcn! I was not driving or even in the car.Â*
