Hi Everyone, I have made many small claims over decades, but not for quite a while now. Some were winners some not! Pls refresh my memory. I am the defendant and an Individual. The plaintiff is a Limited Company. Am I entitled to change the location of the hearing from the plaintiff's location - about 200 miles away - to my locality? This used to be the rule but I'm having trouble finding out if this is still current. Fastrack1966
