Hello, please kindly assist. I do not have legal background. My tenant refused to leave after 2 yr short-hold tenancy since then has been on periodic for 1 year . I sent accelerated possession, tenant sent defence by claiming she didn’t receive copy of gas certificate fortunately I sent evidence of gas maintaining with possession form. Now court has sent me notice of proposed allocation to small claims track put me as claimant and tenant as defendant to respond in 14 days. My question is who is filling in the small claims questionnaire Form N180 is it me claimant or is it the defendant? Secondly what is the status of my possession is this on hold too?
