One Parking Solutions - Court claim

I have received 2 sets of court papers , one for me and one for my daughter relating to parking tickets ,
The car was registered in my name I then transferred to my daughters name
The tickets were dated in 2018
We have not received any communication prior to receiving the court papers , no contact from their solicitors Gladstone's
They are trying to charge us £250.94 & £252.90 for each ticket
Please could someone help me and advise what I should do ? Any advice would be much appreciated as I haven't ever been in this situation before , Thank you

So you both acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form, nothing in the defence, nothing. This gives you 33 days to get your defence to the court.

So was this 2 seperate occasions? Or did you name your daughter as the driver? If seperate incidents can you pist up redacted copies of the PCNs but leave dates.
