Hi Guys,
I took out an HP agreement with Lombard Finance in October 2016 for a new Mercedes V class. The amount financed £50,059.10 over 5 years with an opening balance was £57734.89.
As of this month the settlement figure is £32600.00.
My question is, can I terminate this agreement under a Voluntary Termination ?
