  • only 1 sole trader on CC claim form. Can second duplicate CC claim?

    Hello all,

hopefully get some good advice. And everyone's in good spirits.

I recently tried to purchase a house from a couple of local builders direct.

There was issues with the the house not finished to spec, so the contract was voided by me.

Now one of the sole traders has made a CCC for loses incurred.

The original contract had both parties names on, the CCC has only one.

Can one party make the claim without the other? (with or without written consent)

If so can the second party duplicate the claim?

    Thanks all in-advance
