NEED HELP ASAP - received a claim through court (gladstones)

I am a student in essex but these letters go to my parents house in Norfolk. I have only received one evidence showing a windscreen of a car and no number plate picture, and the other was a sticky one to my car, but did not receive any other letter about it other than letters from solicitors (Gladstones) because it was private parking (visiting a friend) I thought there was no need to respond to these letters, but i had about 3 letters from Gladstones, the last one was before the summer holidays (around april) and then the claim form through county court for over £400 (issued 7th November)??? I do not have this money and there is no proper evidence that it is my car, i am not sure what to say for when I dispute/counter claim, Im not even sure how the solicitors got my details. Could someone please help me out? I have all the letters to show you as well!
