  • Parking ticket but I have a valid ticket??

    Hello all,

I received this ticket from premier park, as you can clearly see I paid for a 24 hour ticket and clearly displayed it. They are saying I over stayed the time limit.

I have appealed the ticket, sent proof of the ticket I paid for via email and they have rejected it.

so what do I do now? It’s thrashing my head.

any advice would be gratefully received

    thank you

It was issued because you exceeded the maximum period in the car park. The 24 hour ticket may well be valid for 24 hours but within that there may be a maximum parking duration that can be utilised in any one block - you need to establish this (where does it say the ticket is for 24hrs? - maybe I've just missed it).

On the actual ticket it states it was issued at 10.32 on the 5/10/19 at the bottom and it runs until 10.32 on the 06/10/19 which is the larger numbers at the top. The only fee you can pay is the £2 on the machine it states full day for £2. It’s a train station car park and so therefore I’m assuming they can’t expect you to be back within such a short period of time, especially if you was getting the train to a destination far away?

i don’t know maybe I’m missing something here.

thank you for your reply x
