    Hi all,
i think I’ve left it too late but I’m sat here literally worrying myself constantly,
lowell want over 4K the forms are there for the court ... I’ve just cleared one with them and have an ongoing one and now this double whammy ....
i asked for all info on the vodaphone one as it was my ex husband (yes hind sight is wonderful) he did have access but seriously over 3.5k !! The letter they sent had three itemised bills for 7 !! Appliances but each one was only around £259 it also states I told them to give him the account or close but they wouldn’t as outstanding money was owed, they gave the deed of assignment I think it’s called so it seems cut and dried .... on the same claim is a broadband one I couldn’t afford to pay one months for now £359 I don’t disputabe that ... I am aware they will chase me for more and it’s not like I don’t want to pay but I don’t have that much ....
I’m frustrated and wanted to get it out - is there light at the end of the tunnel and how do I best ask for the lowest Payment possible

thanks if you got this far
