    Separation, married, mortgage on shared owner ship and pregnant!

    Hi I’m at a complete loss on what I can and need to do! Been married for 5years currently share a 4yr old with husband and pregnant with second! Husband has left and ended our marriage. We have a joint mortgage on a shared ownership property. His still paying half the mortgage however has said wants off it when it comes to re-mortgage in a years time! How does that work and also I will b on maternity leave so unable to take mortgage over alone!
