It all stems from retaliation, but let me tell you what they charged me with.
Dishonesty-falsification of time card or time record punching or recording another employee time card or record committing another employee to punch one's own time card or record once time on a timesheet or in anyway tampering with your own or another person's time card or time record.(end)
i was off for 2 days. When I returned I filled out my timesheet, and another Supervisor signed it.
I was told by the AGM, since I am # 2 and he ( AGM) is # 1 he should have signed it. This was new to me, he never said that before, I guess it was because I hardly ever took off.
He has been telling my co-workers I was stealing time. He is continuing to defame my name.one month before this situation, I went to the GM to complain that the AGM had let a younger coworker curse me and I was feeling like it was a hostile environment that he let her get away with and maintain. The GM went ahead and told the AGM that I complained about him. Soon after I was moved to nights and my responsibilities decreased immensely....The AGM said I was older and I should teach the younger employee..not report her.
After that is when he came up with this " stealing time"
I had been on the job for 5 yrs...I had 12 days out of 15 remaining for vacation and 7 days out of 10. And that was for the year.
Also if that is the case..which it isn't, why did they not fire the Supervisor that signed my sheet?
