Hello guys!
I need help I got a letter from ZZPS that I have unpaid £100 PCN and added Administration Fee's of £70. They had given me the location and parking event which says "the vehicle was parked without permission of the landowner on private property" a PCN number, their client ONE PARKING SOLUTION, and issue date of 07/08/2019, but the date on letter is 7.10.2019. The problem is I have never received this PCN with 'charge' of a £100. Can they still send me this when I didn't receive PCN on a windscreen or by post. I looked up online and all the info about ZZPS was to ignore them as they have no power. Now I got a letter from QDR with an amount of £182 to pay in the next 14 days or they will pass this over Litigation Department and they will look to obtain a CCJ. What should I do in that matter? Send them an appeal letter or a letter asking for some evidence?
