  • Beneficiaries

My husbands Nan, who had list contact with her family, died with no will etc. He was found by Heur Hunters along with another beneficiary and they went through the process. There wasn't much of an estate just some jewellery which was given to us to distribute between us which was agreed by both parties. However, we have tried to contact the other party on several occasions but they have not come back to us. Any idea of our legal position regarding the jewellery, do we have to keep it safe for so long incase they get in touch?
