    Defamation counterclaim-help!

    Hi!

    Briefly, I really need some help regarding a counterclaim of defamation for £65000 brought against me in a £8000 claim for bad building work. This has now escalated to high court.

    Really hoping someone here can help, I feel like I am being bounced around helplines, websites, clinics etc and just getting really lost!
