  • Consent Order Lodged with County Court

Hello, I am a defendant in a county court money claims center, and due to my husband's poor health, I have agreed to settle with the claimant out of court. They are going to get the court to approve a Consent Order. Does this Consent Order appear on my credit file e.g. experian? Thanks

The claim is put on hold by the consent order and so long as payments are maintained the claim does not proceed, and there is no judgement.

Presumably the claim is not from a lender who reports automatically
