    A friend got a£100 charge letter after being observed in cctv at
    airport the reg keeper is female and cctv is of a male
    in Scotland she does not have to disclose who the driver was
    also alleged offence was in July and CN letter arrived dated in October, what is the law on the time of issuing letter
    i believe it must be served in 28 days

    If at an airport and subject to byelaws then there can be no keeper liability. But in Scotland the keeper can't be held liable anyway. Just ignore

      Thanks it still worries people though , it’s the time they took to sent a letter out really annoys me on cctv in July and 12 weeks
      for a letter

        Please can you help me if you won this court claim. Mine is similar as has bye law in place.*
