  • Breaking court order/refusing to hand kids back

A court order was issued that stated my sister’s children would be shared custody. This has worked until this weekend when their father is refusing to hand them back. They are due to be with my sister for a week. She went to collect them and dad has assaulted her. She voice recorded whole incident as there has been previous DV -what should she do? She has already received legal aid, but has been refused a second time.
