Was the vehicle registerd to the old address if so this is why the fines went there also how do you know the bailiffs are involved have they traced you to the new address?

Did you update BOTH your driving licence AND the V5 (vehicle registration) document? A phone call is probably not sufficient, they need the paperwork

It happens frequently. People update the details of their driving licence but forget about the V5.

The details would have been requested as The Keeper at the Date of Event.
