Hi everyone can you help me as I have had a parking charge notice
i silly me was in a disabled bay with no badge
should I go ahead and pay this ??

Naughty. Post up the the PCN you received, presumably on the windscreen

Does the driver actually have a Blue Badge?

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferrred, use "the driver....." etc.
