  • Forwarding emails without permission

I recently wrote to the ceo of my company re bullying and failed to get resolution from reporting to manager, escalation, mediation, etc. The email was clearly marked a the top "this email is for the ceo of ..., then his name". I did not receive any acknowledgement or reply from the ceo but he forwarded it to head of HR without seeking my permission who then started emailing me to find a resolution. I have just had an email from a manager (not mine) saying he has read ceo email and wanted to sort problem. The original email contained very sensitive info and I am upset that it has been passed to at least 2 other people before seeking my permission. Is this a copy right breach or data protection breach? I need to address this with intended recipient ASAP
