Bw legal chasing parking payment.

Hi a company called bw legal are chasing me for a parking fine. I have told them I had a permit to be parked but they say it wasn't displayed in the windscreen and have only just sent me photographic evidence 3 years later. I asked for the photographic 3 years ago and it was never sent so I am not happy with the charges on top of the original fine... please could you advise me as they will not listen to me.

So a SAR to the parking company and BWL requesting g copies of all documents that they hold concerning you.

They have sent me the pictures of my car and I have sent them pictures of the permit I had to park there. I must have left it on my car seat instead of the window screen. The problem I have is premier park the original company never sent me the evidence I asked for until now and with all the extra charges. I've tried to explain this and prepared to pay original fine even though I had a permit to park...
