I am new here. Treat me gently please.

Hi, the main reason I joined is I want to stop the abuse of car park companies. ANPR systems are designed not to allow tickets to be sold when the VRN is not recorded as in the car park. Many say Plate not found if you make a mistake. Many cowboys sell worthless tickets to park and go after you for loads of money for breach of contract. I want to turn this into a PPI type scam where we can all get compensation where they took off the protection and took your money for what they know it a worthless ticket..
