We have received a letter saying “Legal Action Pending” for a parking fine for 25 minutes over at MOTO Stafford. We appealed via their website stating the extra time was caused by my wife having just broken her foot and was new on crutches and very slow and an 80 year old lady using a walker aid. The caravan parking was the furthest away from the facilities and uphill on the way back. This caused extra time to get back to our vehicle and pit us over the time. We were also not able to park in the disabled bay with the caravan attached. We got the automatic response for the appeal and have been waiting the response but we have received nothing about the appeal just a new letter saying the fine is now £140 and 14 days to pay which is nearly up. What do we do? Pay up or appeal again. We have tried to phone them but have been unable to speak to anyone about the appeal.
