    NCP Milton Keynes.

    I was given a Parking Charge Notice last summer. I did not pay it... Usual threats but they then sent paperwork showing they had taken a picture of an old ticket from Central Beds Council with was out of date and time. They claim I over stayed, The other ticket was in the window the drivers side on dash. Can I sue them as they have not sent me any more letters since 3 months ago.
