Hello,
I hope somebody can help me.
I have received 8 parking charges for parking in a hospital car park and now have a claim form from SCS LAW threatening CCJ.
I have to acknowledge in the next few days and will need to put a defence together.
I will post the sign that was/is on the premisses, if somebody can let me know whether I should pay or if it is worth fighting, and what my defence could be. I am in fact a staff member but did not have a permit at the time.
I will post a picture of the sign when I can take a picture of it tomorrow.
