I am one of three beneficiaries of a trust, which has been held for two years by a solicitor at their bank.I would like my third share, to do as I feel fit, but the two remaining benificiaries will not agree to this. The solicitor has said to release my share from the Trust we have to make it a unanimous decision. Can this happen legally and do I have a way to readdress this.

It all depends on what the trust says
