I've just recieved a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track together with a Directions Questionaire (Form N180)

Would mediation weaken the defence of NTK outside the 14 day period?

mediation would ask you if you have all the necessary documents to attempt mediation. i.e.:- you/mediator/ solicitor on the other end, mediator would relay to you or claimant question asked.,Â* if you state you have not got documents requested to proceed then they would state no mediation and inform court as to why and the court case continues :-Â* read other case threads and get to know how the court procedures run

Thank you. To date, PPO have supplied a response to my SAR but their solicitor has failed to supply anything other than an acknowledgement to the receipt of the SAR. Do I follow this up with the solicitor considering they have a responsibility to supply this information within a small time frame?Â*

Regarding the SAR to the solicitor, do I follow up original request saying that they have not supplied any information/data within the one month and therefore they have not complied with my request?Â*

just mention that on date??? a DSAR request made over 30 days have passed and no response to a regulated request.

We've now agreed a mediation date and time. Do I still stick to my key points as previously discussed and not agree to anything if PPO insist on payment or do I attempt to mediate with a view to prevent it going in front of a judge.
